Lindsay Plumb

After Telopea, Lindsay Plumb studied Industrial Design in Melbourne graduating in 1970.

When selected for national service he tried various excesses, in the 'Wello' tradition, in an unsuccessful attempt to fail the medical. Life was tough for Lindsay in the army, you know, out of bed at eight and off to Sydney north Head Artillery School and then back home by six. Made a man of him.

Since returning to 'civvy' life he has practised his profession in Sydney. He has worked in the following fields of design: consumer electrical goods, furniture design and lighting design. He is currently Product development Manager with Dexion (Interiors).

He is married to Sally, a naturopath, who attempts to keep him healthy by feeding him mountains of herbal tablets every morning!
