2007 Reunion beverages and dinner menu

The following beverages will be served for three hours after which drinks can be purchased from the bar.
Stony Peak Brut (First half hour only)
Stony Peak Chardonnay
Stony Peak Shiraz Cabernet
Australian bottled beers (Victoria Bitter, Melbourne Bitter, Tooheys Old, Hahn Premium Light,
Cascade Premium Light, Carlton Sterling)
Mineral Water and soft drinks
Orange juice

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during the half hour pre-dinner drinks period.

A buffet dinner will offer choices from the following:
Antipasto and cold meat selection
Malaysian style lamb satays on hokkien noodles
Tartlets of smoked salmon, asparagus and goats cheese
Roast loin of pork with apple and rosemary sauce
Spirelli pasta with zucchini, tomato and basil in a light garlic cream
Caesar style salad with roast chicken and mango
Cucumber and dill and yoghurt salad
Freshly baked bread rolls
Selection of buffet desserts and cheeses
